I got some expensive pants. And they left the security tag on it. I got home and tried to take it off because the one I went to was very far away and I was not gonna go back. And then the ink came out and got on my pants and ruined it. I want my money back!

We have service in the boxes. After hours of line-up? While one of the cashiers was talking to one of the clients.
I was already wanting to go and bring them both a chair.
Why did they sit down and be more comfortable in their talk? 2 open boxes and only box 2 was working? Because the other one had a very pleasant conversation, while the line waited.

Appalled by the way I was treated during the time I was employed here. Management is completely disorganized, take no regard for their employees. Customer service is a joke, I expected more from Burlington as a company. You can do better, so be better!

I bought an outfit from a different location a hour away and they left a sensor on my daughter’s outfit. I went to my local Burlington on Lewis and told them what happened and asked if they could remove the sensor and they told me no because I didn’t have the receipt. I guess they don’t care about their customers anymore and I’m officially done with Burlington I’ll never spend another dollar with them.

The cashiers only have a maximum of 3 cashiers or 2. I ask that they not be so poor and add more employees than what Burlintong earns, it is an offense.
