This will be the new mechanic. I'm going to take my car and from now on. They did an excellent job. They were so thorough. what I really appreciate is that they took their time inspecting, and extending the diagnostics. They did a thorough check on everything, and they didn't skip corners. The other mechanic that I have been going to for years wouldn't Have been able to get me in until next week. Uh, my engine light came on So when your engine light comes on, you're concerned, you don't want to drive the car and you don't want it to blow up right?😬 So I appreciate car, fix getting me in asap. 😁

I can't say enough good things about Car Fix in Waukegan. Finding an honest, reliable auto repair shop can be tough, but my experience here was truly incredible. Hector went above and beyond, not only diagnosing the issue but also working with me to find solutions that fit my budget and ensured my safety. They are reasonable, they stick to their promises, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. We could not be more pleased with Car fix service. Everyone there was great and our car has never run better. Ben, Hector and Leo are doing a excellent job and you just can't beat their warranty. We just found our new car doctor and will definitely be back for service. I highly recommend Car fix Waukegan. The only thing I regret, is that I didn't know about them sooner. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you.

This is my second time taking my car to Car Fix. They are professional and will not let your car leave until their positive your vehicle is road ready. They also applied discounts to my bill which was very reasonable considering the work I needed done. I highly recommend if you need service done to your car, professionalism, and people to get you right don't second guess.

Amazing service Leo was understanding and the whole crew explained my issues in a simple matter and even helped me out when my dealer messed up. The dealer didn't know their own warranties but Car Fix helped me out so much. Will be coming back again.

I had an excellent experience here. From the moment I called, the owner was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the whole shop felt very clean and well organized. The staff, including the person at the front desk, were kind and professional.
What stood out most was the owner’s honesty and generosity. He was patient, helpful, and clearly well respected by many repeat customers who came through. It’s rare to find such a well-run, trustworthy shop these days. I highly recommend them!

I was driving through town when my VW GTI broke down because the timing belt snapped and caused valve damage. I found the shop online and saw they had great reviews, so I decided to take it there. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, explained everything clearly, and were always friendly and professional. Everyone I spoke to was super nice. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend them!

Excellent service in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable compared to dealerships and work is done in a very timely manner. When VW told me it would take 3 weeks to get my engine mounts fixed, CarFix had it done within a few days. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and don’t try to unnecessarily upsell you, something most people really appreciate. Highly recommend this place.
