Thanks to Hector for his awesome customer service. My dad needed his exhaust fixed, and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend Car-x tire and auto 10/10. Very reasonable prices. I'm thankful for their car credit card that will allow you to get all the work you need done on your car with 6 months to pay it off.

I have been a Car-x customer in my home town since I was 19 years old now 58 and still a customer now in Waukegan CarX. These guys are Great. Hector was attentive to my wants and concerns on the truck and hvy leaf springs repair and my airbag suspension system on the truck. He kept me in the loop almost on every turn of the project. Prices are better than all garages I called ref to labor rates and CarX has there guarantee that covers you.

Phenomenal job! I wouldn't go anywhere else! The amount of concern and care Shaq, Hector, Wesley and the rest of the team show, not just the car, but the customer as well, has made me a loyal customer for life! They use texts to check up on the customers and make sure that everything is running well, just great customer service! It's everything you'd want from your auto repair team!

Really good shop. Shaq has a great team with the addition of Hector and Wesley. New text links keep one updated of what inspections discovered. The best part is the recommendation based on the severity rather than other shops stressing unnecessary repairs at that immediate moment and forcing customers to break the bank without a point. This is a very reputable company, with great customer service and honest staff. It is very difficult to find an auto shop that does not overcharge for their services. Not only is Car-X Waukegan affordable, but they are also diligent in providing the best service at the best price. I can't recommend them enough!
