This is the only place I would take my vehicle. It was amazing getting everything done in a timely matter and keeping me updated. I appreciate the recommendations Jose gave me for the vehicle. They told me within what time I should probably get it done. I did end up just getting it done then and there, even though he wasn’t pushy about it. They went above and beyond

Two stars because my first purchase here in 2018 went well, but the Kia I bought last May did not. After taking it home, I discovered hail damage on the hood and roof—damage the dealership later admitted they thought had already been repaired. They did fix it, but selling it without disclosure was disappointing and dishonest.
Months later, I received a notice that I still owed about $1,000 in taxes. The dealership claimed they only collect state taxes, something they never mentioned. This should have been disclosed, as most buyers assume “tax, title, and license” includes all required taxes. In hindsight, this likely explains their lower pricing.

This was my very first experience buying a brand new car, so I was a bit nervous going in, but Jennifer quickly made me feel at ease and very comfortable. She helped me figure out what kind of car would best suit me and my needs and she absolutely nailed it. I really love my new Kia Soul EX and really love driving it every day. I'll definitely recommend Classic Kia to anyone who is looking for a new car and I will highly recommend that they deal with Jennifer when they are there. Thank you!!
