I do not know the sweet lady that took care of me today on switching storages since the last one didnt work for me. I forgot the young gentlemans name as well and would love to thank him for helping me on 08/12/2024. No one asked me to leave a review and just did so since they did go above and beyond.

Ms. Melissa and the other young lady are very professional, personable, knowledgeable, with great communication skills. They have a clue about Customer Service on a high level. They really help the process go very accommodating, fluid, stress and drama free.

Yesterday 4/27/25 When I got to the unit, there was a green tag to remove to open it and a lock inside. I didn’t want their lock for 20$. I told him I had my own lock after I put my things in there. I locked it with my own lock. Returned their lock then a hour later I get a call later saying that she cut my lock off because I put it on the wrong unit. How did I put it on the wrong unit when the unit has tags on it if there’s no lock? Also, if I put it on the wrong unit that was another customer’s, would’ve had another lock on there? +3 witnesses states I put my lock on the right unit and I have a video. so then my stuff was left without a lock until I got back to put another lock on there. I am telling everybody about this incident and I won’t be a customer long!

My Storage spot was raised $48.00 per Month. Then lied to by a new person Cory that said it would be reduced via new DM. Unit ended up having water creating Mold & brought in Mice. I have NEVER had this issue with any other storage facility also outside. The raise in rent ended up being a blessing. Melissa & Quesha are terrific. Neither issue was their fault or knowledge.

I rented for over 2 years and then when I get my stuff today I'm fine The a lot of my things were taken one time I had a little hard time where my things were to auction but I paid it in full but whoever opened my unit had to be the one to take the items. The unit was not broken into either. I'm the only one who had a key I am a senior citizen I will find out All to whom I can report this to as a crime against Seniors. I do not appreciate I spend all this Money just to have things taken from me. As well as raising the storage fee every 6 months. Renter beware!
