Yesenia is fantastic and always accommodating. She seems to be the only manager who actually cares and isn’t rude. Had a different experience with the other manager today, but Yesenia’s positive attitude made up for that situation.

Nice big space
It used to be my favorite $ store in the area, but not anymore. Items not stocked well, but that has been the trend ever since CoVid problem.
The best thing about the $ store was that you knew everything is same price, not anymore--not $1.25 on all items. So you have to look at the prices.
It must have been tough keeping same prices for all items. But if they can come up with some creative way of doing it, that'll be the time when the $ store will regain its popularity.

Came in for a bag of dollar candy but I guess they were out. It's not their fault because it's a decently big bag and probably the #1 candy bought. Only problem was they didn't have my 2nd or 3rd favorite while my 4th favorite I guess they discontinue selling! Still I found a new sweet-treat! The D.T swiss rolls to the rescue!

The employees that were/are present are almost always in a mood. For example, today our little sibling started bouncing a basketball inside the store to test and check it out and an employee screamed from across the store in a very rude tone to stop bouncing it. At the checkout the (different) employee was drumming her fingers as checkout and payment was going on. I don't like going to that location for these reasons.

I came to this store this evening because it was on the way back home and I needed to get a few things. First thing I noticed was that this store was much more well-kept and organized than the other one in my area. While I was in there, there was a rude customer that had quite the mouth on her, so much so that my husband actually took my little children to the other end of the store. There were two workers there that I saw, Taylor the cashier and an employee named Jebriea who was on the receiving end of the foul mouthed customer. I wanted to say that I was so impressed by the absolute professionalism of this lady. I would never had been able to handle myself with such control as she did.
We were able to find everything we needed, and when we checked out the employee apologized for the customers behavior! They were amazing. We got to the dollar store at least 2 times a week, but because of this experience with this particular store, we will be coming exclusively to this store from now on. (Did I mention how CLEAN it was compared to the other one???)
All in all, I recommend this store to anyone who cares to read my review. And a shout out to whoever hired the employees..... You picked some good ones.

Went in the other day to pick up some supplies. Not only was the store a mess but the manager was rude, unfriendly and annoyed that I had tried to get her to assist me. You are better off going to any other dollar tree in the area, you'll get better service and better selection. Cheers ?

As with nearly EVERY Brick & Mortar Store, most items are Over a Dollar ($1.25), so as long as the prices don't go up AGAIN, I'll continue to shop there! 🙏👍😀😷

I love the store manager but the other manager in her store was not helpful what so ever, she didn’t want to exchange my items because they were not the same items. I’ve exchanged items before and I’ve never had an issue what so ever. I wasn’t being rude, but I guess she was being lazy and wanted to leave. I went to fountain square and they gladly did my exchange and it took seconds and pushed one button.
