I wish I could give this place more stars! They were great! Only bad experience was when I was dropping off the car and this gentlemen appeared out of nowhere asking me for money. I had rented the car to celebrate my anniversary and recreate the first date with my wife. My car no longer has a back seat so we needed to rent one to recreate the events that would happen later that night ;) leather seats were not a good choice

Reservations not made in the office. I returned the vehicle Saturday evening and let them know by e-mail since they close at 1:00 pm. I had the car less than 4 days but were charged 5 because they don't open until Monday morning. Not a good way to treat customers. I'll be looking elsewhere.

This place sucks,I wish you could leave a -5 star review...So this lady with state farm hit me & state farm offer a rental while my car is at the shop & had an appointment with them yesterday to pick up the rental after I dropped my car at the shop...I came in yesterday and they said "sorry we don't have any vehicle available" so this morning I had to Uber my self to work & from work back to Enterprise just them to ask for my debit card & Driver license so I gave it to to them & they said oh sorry it has to be a debit card with chip...OK,why they didn't bother to mention that the day before? All they said was: we will need a debit or credit card & your insurance but they forgot to say "IT NEEDS TO BE A CARD WITH CHIP" and unfortunately I don't have one,just a swipe card so now I will have to be paying for Uber rides for a week for an accident that I didn't wanted to be involved in & just because Enterprise policy needs a card with chip...Thank you so much STATE FARM & ENTERPRISE for being such a waste of time even though I didn't expected anything else from the ENTERPRISE in waukegan...You guys SUCKš

I requested the iPass option so I would not have to deal with tolls. I rented for not even 72 hrs but was charged for 4 days. Nobody from store or corporate follow up. Why waste time with surveys since you proved you really do not care!

I rented cars from here faithfully and just recently I rented a car for almost 2weeks straight. When I went to return the car, I was told I would only get 235 of my 300 deposit back. I asked the worker who inspected the vehicle upon return (Travis) why is that and was told I was supposed to drop it off the day before. I have the email and called costumer service 5 times for them to tell me that everything on my end was correct but I would need to speak to Travis since he's the one one that made the transaction. I was never reimbursed and was told that I would be hearing from a manager above him about the matter. Still never received any feedback from anyone after all that money I paid them you would think they would want to keep a customer like me. I was disappointed after being a loyal customer for so long. I felt I was being racially profiled against because the same guy(Travis) tried to charge my bank account 3 days later the last time I worked with him a few years ago and I left that alone since they fixed the issue. I've only had issues with him no one else. It's a great place to rent from but beware if your BLACK and they send you to Travis.I will not be returning.

If I could give -0 stars I would ⦠TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! i made a online reservation for a vehicle when it was time to pick the vehicle up it was not available so i was asked would i take their van they had at the moment for the same pricing , i paid my 300$ security deposit and my payment for the vehicle price upfront for the weekly rate i was given for that van and it was took out my account immediately i was told the 300$ will be refunded time of return of vehicle ⦠i also asked the lady who was assisting me that if i needed it long what would be the requirements and she stated to me that all I had to do was call morning of every week to let them know I wanted to extend my rental but i would not have to pay any additional deposits just ONLYYYYYY the weekly rate and I did so for over a month. But what I didnāt KNOW once they charge my card for the weekly rate and Iāll put that amount in my bank every week ..no more , no less they would hang up with me and charge my card additional money that I did NOT have in my bank behind my back with no authorization from ME wasnāt even AWARE of it which caused my bank to go drastically into the negative because of the fees they were charging⦠EVEN admitted the worker hit the wrong button to charge my card 615$ and I returned the vehicle clean and with gas she insured me that my deposit would go back on my car when I got home I checked over my receipt thatās when I noticed the 615$ charge and called her immediately to see what was that and she told me that oh thatās the hold someone accidentally put when he hit the wrong button ⦠it charged my CARD that but she claims it was a āliftā and would go away but it didnāt and it went through with my bank leaving my card in the negative for the 615$ and I did not receive my 300$ deposit back that they ADDMITTED toā¦when I contacted my bank they informed me that they paid these fees on my behalf because I didnāt have the money in my account for the money they charged that I wasnāt aware of to begin with ā¦then I went back the prior week to address the situation with the lady Jenny she admitted he hit the wrong button but the bank want them to reverse it but they canāt because the bank suppose to so I went and spoke to TRAVIS the manger he didnāt want to hear me out he was very rude and disrespectful claimed I just wanted money from them and that I donāt listen nor pay attention, as if he hated me I never met him a day in my life it was unbelievable even stated, let me draw it out for you⦠I just wanted the money that was owed to me⦠I walked away with nothing but a overdrafted account and no deposit back to me. It was unbelievable especially the way he treats and talks to customers ⦠bank has their money , enterprise has their money .. I have nothing back but the damage that was admitted fault on their endā¦..PLEASE BE AWARE ā¼ļøā¼ļøā¼ļøā¼ļøā¼ļø
