I have my unit at a different facility but I stopped in here to get assistance quickly. I had some questions about the price & I needed to have my military discount applied. Celeste asked to see my military ID, applied my discount, and answered all my questions. Doing so stopped me from moving to a different company. When it comes to making sure the customer has a successful experience she’s the one to make it happen! Thank you!

At Extra Space Storage, Celeste showed me excellent customer service skills, she was friendly and welcoming. Their attention to detail in keeping the facility clean and organized indicates how serious they are about ensuring the space is welcoming to all of their clients. I only speak Spanish and she helped me a lot in explaining everything to me.

Celeste, the new manager at this location is very helpful with her clients while keeping a kind demeanor. Not to mention, she’s also bilingual! I’m genuinely glad that there is a fulltime employee here who speaks both English and Spanish fluently. She helped answer all of my questions, and she does an excellent job at keeping the facility clean!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Celeste, the manager at Extra Space Storage, and I can't express enough how incredible my experience was. From the moment I walked in, Celeste was welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Not only was she professional and thorough, but her bilingual abilities were also a huge plus, making communication seamless and easy.
Her customer service was top-notch—she took the time to explain all my options, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's clear she cares deeply about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Overall, I would rate Celeste a solid 10/10. The entire experience was flawless, and it's rare to come across someone as dedicated and personable as she is. If you're looking for a storage facility with exceptional service, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and, without a doubt, Celeste as the manager.

Jessica was super helpful in getting us transferred to a smaller unit. She answered all our questions and it took just minutes to get it all done!!
Update: Spoke with Celeste today about some payment and insurance inquiries. She was as helpful as could be!! Very polite, clearly spoken and repeated herself to make sure I understood everything.
P.S. JESSICA AND CELESTE ARE THE BEST!!!!

Extra space storage is a very nice place. The building is nice and it is very clean. The employees are nice. Ms Jessica is very helpful. She does everything in her power to make your experience great.
