After shipping my daughters graduation pictures from Navy Boot (Chicago to Idaho) I left my receipt/tracking number in my rental car. I called the location there in Waukegan and the Manager Rachell retrieved it for me. Very professional, very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Rachell & Abby, who shipped it for us.

The store manager Rachel went above and beyond to assist me with faxing a document. Usually I go to the Gurnee location and they never assist me. Her customer service was A++++ pleas give her a raise!
