The lady at the counter lied and said that they don't accept packages over twenty five pounds. I go look on the website it says fifty five pounds. So now I had carry this thing back and forth because somebody decided to be lazy

Good close fed ex location to drop and pick up items. Helpful staff as well!

Went to local Walgreens to drop off package. Very courteous gentleman helped me. Was in and out in minutes. Wonderful service

I came by this location to drop off two FedEx packages. Per both of my return emails for my merchandise, this was an appropriate location to drop off my packages. However, when I tried to drop them off the lady told me that FedEx would not accept my labels. I triple checked my emails to see if I was mistaken and explained to her how I did the same thing just the other day and the representative took it with no problem.Not only am I irritated because I dropped off a package with very similar labeling 2 days ago, but now I have to find a new drop off location when actually this one was the closest one to my home.

Was buisy at work when a couple large boxes were due in to my house so I arranged them to go to this site. Stopped and picked up a couple of snacks since I saw the FedEx truck just pull up and hadn't received an arrival notice yet. The employees had me through the checkout and then out the door with my boxes quickly and easily. No muss. No fuss. And polite the whole way even as I made life a little difficult for them by changing my mind 2 or 3 times.
