It’s annoying to have the delivery driver wait a whole 4 seconds after ringing my doorbell to just walk away. Seemed like some young curly haired kid that doesn’t care about his job. Two days in a row, this kid knocked and just left.

Two days in a row Waukegan FedEx trucks have ding dong ditched me. Even my camera footage shows them taking a picture, ringing the door bell, and leaving.

I went there at the direction of the Bank to sign and copy documents. It was easy. They do everything, copies, send it, labels. I was impressed. I will use this service again. Thank you Fedex.

It would be nice if FedEx actually delivered packages rather than seemingly pretending to knock and running off with our packages before anyone can answer the door even when they do knock. Multiple times they drive off as we try to come out to them already back in their truck, stands to reason a delivery driver might want to take one last look at the door of their delivery before not delivering a parcel. The people are always kind and respectful in the office though, so that’s good.

Jim for the win. I can’t say enough good things about this guy. He truly went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of for me when trying to pick up my package. He was apologetic even when it wasn’t on him. I just want to say thank you Jim! You’re awesome.

I had to go pick up my package due to not being home to sign. It was a fast pick up and sign and I was outta there. Good location, nice staff.

FedEx is the worst carrier service ever: they fail to deliver on time. I called to just hold a package and I’ll pick it up. They said they’ll hold it at the 1121 northpoint location in Waukegan. I get there this morning and it is out for shipment and don’t know the ETA. I told the woman I called and she made it seems like I lied because I didn’t have a certain number that THEY failed to provide me! FedEx is disgusting garbage business
