Avoid this location all times the most rude. Stupid. Pathetic employees in customer service I ever had. I took a $20 bill that was accidentally washed in the laundry machine. I took it to the counter. The employees told me that they can’t accept it. It has to be mailed to the feds (Federal government) To exchange obviously, I wasn’t gonna do that that’s wasting more time and money. ( I did tell the Clark if they want they can test the bill to make sure it’s real. It is real I left in the washing machine.) so I went to a different Old national Bank, and they accepted the bill and exchange it for a brand new one.
overall I would say (Avoid this location) 👎

They are incompetent. Manager doesn't understand how checks work. Gave me some ridiculous answer that was completely false. Do not trust this branch at all. They had great service but now they don't care. Awful. Went to a different bank and had no issue. They need to get trained how banking works. Pathetic

The staff that works in this agency gives a great added value to the bank, the gentleman that attended me, I think his name is Hector, was very attentive, very cordial and very efficient, thank you!

I had a great informative experience, as soon as I walked in everyone was friendly. Vanessa Hernandez was the 2nd friendly face I was encounter with, we both sitdown and she explained to me the different programs that ONB offer that can benefit, a short-term investment to a line of credit of my house and how is different than a HELOC. Extremely happy with this new experience with this location.

The service is horrible the people working there made wait for a very long time, they had hardly any cars in the drive thru. They let several cars go before the help me out, I was just waiting and waiting. I never going back to that branch, They should learn from the branch from gurnee.

Bad experience since the merging funds on deposits never available with standard deposit time. Deposited a $9000 check and then as released in payments over a week time frame and a $300 check took more that a week. Not happy and changing banks.

Terrible since the merge, constantly understaffed and poorly serviced. Stuck here due to volume of transactions into business account. Clerks and personal bankers dont care and have more than 2x's credited a large deposit to someone elses account

DO NOT COME HERE. GO TO GURNEE. Wouldn't cash a check unless I gave them my social security number and phone number? Staff doesn't know how to do their job, lines take 30+ minutes to get through, just pass.
