Wasn't happy with the huge box sold to me with my shallow mount alpine sub at a different shop. Came to grand audio and they worked with me on looking up the specs to find the smallest box within alpines recommended specs. Way higher quality box, better gague wire. Overall very clean install. Couldn't be happier with the final result.

Words can't express how grateful and happy I am with this system. So many shops turned me away because I wanted this Pioneer AVIC-W8600NEX installed in my RV. I took a chance and called Grand Audio, I spoke to a young man whom was very nice and he told me to just bring my RV in and they'll help me.Kimberly greeted me, she's very helpful, she introduced me to Alfonso, this man is AMAZING!!!!! True to life hero! Him and his son got everything taken care of in a short timeframe (especially since it was last minute). I would also like to say he fixed an issue with my rear camera system and I will forever be grateful. Thank you Alfonso, I truly appreciate your help VERY much.I would definitely return to Grand Audio and recommend them to my friends and family.

Kim will give you a pretty decent price on the audio equipment, but her labor rates are way too much! Extremely expensive to have them install or customize anything on your car. There are other shops in the area that have lower labor rates and do decent work. So you get good prices on the gear, but overpay to have it installed???Doesn't make sense to me. Definitely shop around.

Had the big box install a Rockford Fosgate amplified ported subwoofer that I purchased at Grand Audio as a Birthday gift for my wife. The big box did not understand how to turn on the subwoofer to produce base. Kimberly walked us through the controls to deliver the type of sound expected. Should have just had Grand Audio install from the start. Another example of why private business is far superior to corporate.
