I'm upset because my Emerald card got hacked last Thursday July 3th and I called and request a new one and I told by the customer service Rep that I can order a new one and I did so I got it expedited to receive it in 4 days and I got nothing, so I had to call again and do the same process and I hope I get it this time, and I went to the office on Green Bay Rd in Waukegan Illinois to see if I can get a temporary card until I get my permanent card and the lady at the office told me that she can't help and the day that I went to the Waukegan office was on Tuesday July 8th.

I will never go back to H&R Block or this location. Fred did not submit my taxes the day I was there on February 12th. A month later when I still had not received my refund I called them to only find out that it was not submitted. When I called back the next day the receptionist said it was filed the night before. Fred then called me back the next night saying my taxes were in fact filed back in February when I was there which is a total lie and i have been waiting now 2 weeks to get a call back from a manager and still nothing. I should not have to pay a fee in full for there mistakes. The customer service here is so shitty and they do not know what they are doing.

Met with “tax professional” Wayne and that guy messed my taxes up. You’re better off doing your own taxes. Don’t trust people.

Very poor service- they posted a tax return to my online portal that was not mine. Response was poor when I tried to straighten out issue- employee stating "that's above my pay grade" while she called her manager then I had to explain the situation to him on her dirty cell phone. I doubt you'll have any confidence your taxes are done correctly here... there are plenty of other places to chose from so do yourself a favor and don't go here.
