Worst experience ever, from the receptionist to the tax pros they messed my taxes up and didn't get them filed for over a month and a half I had to call customer support to set up a phone meeting with a tax pro cause the receptionist kept saying he'd have someone call me back him or the pro couldn't explain how my taxes never got filed and yet I still have to pay almost $400 to get them done.

mr mustafa is a scam. He never explained the process correctly to me, supposedly he renewed my Itin number charging me $360 dollars. when he doesn't even know how to do his job properly. It's a shame that he takes advantage of Hispanic people by stealing their money. I absolutely do not recommend him unless you want him to steal your money. Besides, he doesn't even know how to do his job. He is an irresponsible scammer.

Somaya is literally one of the best tax preparers I've ever met! She got right to work and kept me posted of her progress through the entire process! And then she didn't e-file a single thing until she went over everything with me and made sure she got me the highest refunds! I will definitely be going back next year! This is the place to go!!!
