As stated in my previous review, I attempted to address the concerns raised. However, to be honest, sir, you mentioned you’ve been in the business for about 64 years. Perhaps it’s time for you to consider retirement.
You can offer numerous excuses, but you were unable to provide the service records for the vehicle on the day we purchased it. Additionally, you told my husband and me that it had just undergone a full tune-up, including new plugs and coils. However, it now needs replacements.
The reality is that any reviews I write, whether positive or negative, will reflect my experience with your business. We understood that we were purchasing an older car, but you boasted about its quality, claiming you drove it for 3,000 to 5,000 miles yourself. Now, just 1,500 miles after an oil change by a shop, along with a battery and alternator replacement, the engine is dead. Something seems very suspicious.
Don’t worry; you can spend more time responding to reviews than you do working on your cars. Good morning and good night.

Please be careful. The time and all the negative reviews seem to be obscured by their excuses. There’s nothing but lies coming from them regarding their cars. It's not worth it! The car we bought has spent more time sitting idle than being driven—only 1,500 miles since January—and it even caught fire. Other mechanics and the insurance deemed it a lemon especially for 6k, but since it’s older, it’s not even worth fighting for. I hope the bitter people who work here don’t sleep well at night, and that's putting it nicely.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!! They sell cars with rolled back odometers and won't tell you. I've been a victim, my transmission needs a $4k rebuild. The odometer read 108k when I bought it but it actually has around 240k miles and they had the audacity to sell it for 10k. I'd like to see them try and defend this.

After reading many of the reviews on this place, I had a good feeling of purchasing my first car from Jackson Auto. Both Andrew and Ben were very professional, respectful, helpful, patient and walked me through the entire process as a first time buyer. They greatly helped me in every opportunity that came available to give me the cheapest monthly payments as possible. I love the car I got and it was in great condition (Just needed to give it a quick wash and some air in the tires, but nothing I couldn't handle) and runs very smoothly.
If any are looking for a good used car dealership that isn't going to screw you over, I highly recommend this is the place to go.

I have been buying used cars from Jackson Auto for many many years.
A total of 6 vehicles. My son purchased that last one from them (his first car) and I told my son "we go no where else to buy a vehicle". Brian and his employees have always treated very fair and are very professional. I will be back when its time for another vehicle!!!

I had a great experience buying a 2004 Chevrolet Duramax 4X4 extended cab pickup truck from Jack-Son Auto Sales. The truck was in great shape and the price was fair. There is nothing that warrants a good rating. The vehicle descriptions are very misleading and inaccurate. When you're selling a classic "restored" car, it should not look like a 50 year old vehicle. Gauges not working, turn signals not working, no information on the engine, suspension from the 70s, and there's was more wrong. This place may be ok for newer vehicles. However, if you're looking for a classic vehicle, look somewhere else.UPDATE: Since the reply to my original post wants to try to discredit my concerns, I guess now I'll justify a little more. First, the add no longer says "No expense was spared". Also, now states "older restoration". Looking at the pictures, from the same add mind you, is it 1 of 134 or 1 of 324? A list, or explanation of what was "restored" may help. As far as driving the car. The reply was 100% correct. No restore is perfect. Therefore, even if the body needs some work, you still drive the car. You don't know if gauges work, how the suspension feels, or if there are any wobbles or noises without driving. If it runs excellent, and everything works as it should, you then decide if the investment is worth the money needed to get it to where it needs to be. I'm not going to continue justifying my review. Please, go see the car. I can send you the original add for the car to compare. A more professional response would have been something like. "I'm sorry the vehicle didn't meet your expectations. We pride ourselves in depicting our vehicles in a true, straightforward manner. We will review the add and make any needed changes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to doing business with you in the future."

I went to see a particular car all the way from Wisconsin,which supposedly was still available because I called to ask about it. When I got there, they said it was sold the previous week. They weren't truthful and lured me in. I didn't appreciate it because I had to drive a long way for nothing.I have no reason to lie about anything and I call it as it truly is! I did ask about the F150 online, but I did not go to see that car. I called over the phone about a red/marron Ford Ranger with the runners on the sides, I was told it was still there so I drove almost an hour to go see it with my husband. Then I didn't see it and was getting ready to leave. Then a guy came out to greet me and I asked him and described it. He said it was sold the previous week. You do have another similar Ranger there of the same color in the back with some damage and perhaps the person I talked to got it mixed up with the one that I wanted to buy, I don't know. It didn't have runners on the sides though and the person that answered the phone should know the inventory, I described it completely. My family and I have purchased more than 12 cars from you over the years, but I for one will not be returning anymore....
