After many years going to other tax preparers and thinking slow and nasty service was the norm, I was so pleasantly surprised to find Binesh. Binesh was personable, helpful and super fast! He helped me understand everything and answered all my questions. He was incredibly kind, and I could not be happier with his service. Never going to another company again. Thank you, Binesh!

Would give zero if possible. I let the older Indian lady know my spouse passed away and she told her manager that my spouse had expired. Not just once but 5 times out loud and even he was confused. Very ignorant, cold, and insensitive. Would never come back. Another customer heard and she was even more upset than I was. She confronted manager and she or he still didn’t apologize.

Every year we return to Binesh because of his professionalism and demeanor. We have recommended him to several people. We have moved since we started using his services but we make the extra effort because we trust him with our taxes. Over ten years now. Highly recommended!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. They inform you of things you can deduct, they answer all of your questions and show you your tax forms and explain everything on them. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is the best place in Lake County to come get your taxes done. The service is great, they get you in and out. They are always super informative they break down everything. Exceptional.
