I can’t shop here anymore. They are always understaffed so you bag your own groceries whether you use self checkout or not. Now you can’t access the primary alcohol aisle after 6:30 pm. It’s absurd given how high the prices are here. No thanks.

Review would have been a 3 star. This has been my local Jewel for the past 10 years. It's never been the store where employees greet you or ask if you are finding everything ok as they walk past you down an aisle. But, it's a clean store, usually stocked, close to home and the remodel was a nice face lift. I went in early Friday evening around 6pm only to find gates across their main liquor aisle. The sign by the aisle shows clearly the times for liquor sales stopping at 11pm. I went to customer service to see why the gates were up. She informed me they stop at 6pm despite what the posted sign showed, but said I could purchase what is behind her service counter. Now if I could purchase liquor there or some of the odd bottles that were outside of the main aisle, why couldn't I shop the main aisle? My guess is due to theft, which isn't fair to the regular patrons that shop their local Jewel. People work during the day and may not be able to get there before 6pm. Don't penalize the majority of your patrons for a few bad apples. If this is the case, fix your system so you can better serve your customers. We shouldn't have to go nextdoor to Target when we chose to shop your store. A drive a little further to another store may be worth it at this point.

Drive up and go is terrible. They pick the worst product and meat possible. Orders are always wrong and substitutions are sub par. Also this store has some of the worst customer service out of all the ones in the area. Save your sanity and just go to another Jewel.

Consistently terrible produce when I use the drive up and go service. I have yet to receive a green pepper that isn't rotten and I've been using the service for over a year now. Salads like Spring Mix are usually one day past expiration listed on package. Cucumbers have giant holes or are just straight up rotten. Grape tomatoes will be moldy in the middle of the package.Staff members are always nice which is why I'm giving 3 stars. Food quality is garbage. Make sure you check dates while you are shopping in the store to save your self the hassle of returning to the store for a staple ingredient.

it was my first time shopping for groceries at a jewels, we don’t have them in my home state. and the self check out employee accused me of stealing when i asked her for help. most uncomfortable experience i have felt at a grocery store. she grabbed my belongings and tried to make me rescan the product when i had already advised her that i scanned it. horrible first time experience. disappointed.

Chris C needs to get his act together. Really disappointed to see unprofessional rude behavior. He was on phone and when I asked if available for check out, the guy stared me in eye , did not say a word. It was almost as if I made this guy mad for engaging him in work. Unpleasant & immature .

I use to love the fresh hot Soup. USE TO! Now they just put it out there and forget it now till close! Not very good for business. Especially when you ask the deli about it or inform them of it being messy or completely empty. I was told it is what it is!

Aisles are too crowded, no consistent organization, inventory is low and sporadic, MUSIC is way too loud and not soothing like it used to be, prices are way too high...going to ALDI and Lewis, after an entire life being a jewel shopper.

This review is the the BAKERY DEPARTMENT. You guys… how beautiful are these cupcakes? Seriously! I cannot get over them! My daughter just had an Encanto themed birthday party, so I ordered a bunch of these and requested neon-green + teal + purple icing swirled. I figured they would be pretty but these exceeded my expectations and my daughter loved them, too! I’ve gotten cupcakes from here for years and they never disappoint but these were above and beyond Thank you so much for making my daughter’s party extra special.
