POS Manager fired some innocent girl because she was pregnant.
Also, T-Mobile is the crappiest phone carrier out there. I couldn't get service in the middle of Chicago! I switched to Verizon, got a newer phone for cheaper, and my bill is less with better service!

Website and sign on the door states this location opens at 9am on Sundays. Going out of town and need some tablets. It's 9:52 and I'm still sitting outside waiting for it to open.

i called customer service to cancel my service and i was told to go in store to do that, the one by my house already closed so i went here to cancel my service (couple weeks after i called) and a hispanic lady that’s probably around her mid 20s told me i had to call customer service because she can’t cancel it for me and i told her i did and they told me to go in store because they can’t on their end. so i called and told them what she said and i gave her my phone and they were back and forth on who’s job it is to do that. that lady in store said that rule was implied a year ago so i asked her is it all metro pcs? she said maybe not because it’s different owners so that just makes me think that this store doesn’t want to help, i was forced to call my bank because i don’t have time to go to other stores.

I don't recommend you do any business at this store. Take your business to another MetroPCS store. The employees don't have a sense of urgency and have zero customer service skills. I bought a phone from this store and it lasted about 6 months before It started having issues. The employees gave me every excuse imaginable not to assist me with my issue. Yes I had the original sales receipt, box, and phone etc..
Save your self the time, stress, and headaches! Just go to another Metro PCS store!
