I been going to this place for like 15 years already and I don’t have any issue at all, everything good and even when I have a letter from the IRS she helped me and she send the letter back to them for me, I saw the reviews and I don’t get it ?♀️, I guess she’s nice and professional with the people who knows how to respect that’s all.Glad to heard that they just open again because I don’t want to take my income tax to any other place

Horrible ... first she was nice doing the taxes and im talking about Michelle the owner she was nice did the taxes and all .. i called last week to check to see if she send everything so i can check online about the status of my taxes and the receptionist told me i had to wait to check .. my mom called for me yesterday and asked to get the amount so i can check online my mom heard her wrong and got the wrong amount i called again and asked Michelle because she answered and told her my mom probably heard you wrong gave her the amount my mom said and she said “ Omg i didnt tell her that amount thats not what i said ugh “ “ i will tell you the amount one last time because you keep calling and calling “ (it was the third time calling since January ) i got upset anf told her “ well thats your job to tell me about my taxes “ she said my job is to do the taxes dont tell me what my job is young lady and i dont feel like telling you your amount no more “ and literally Hanged up !
