I have no issues with the store but the grooming area has such an odd atmosphere. Dropped my mother’s dog off for a cut and before leaving I was never told she had to be picked up immediately after. My mother went to pick her up when she got off work and got attitude from the front desk girl about being “late.” Not sure if that’s stated anywhere but there was ONE other dog there.. are the dogs bothering you while you’re on your phones? I doubt it. It was a weekday. Not busy. Not that serious. My mom’s been coming here since we got this dog but we now go to All Tails and the service and cuts are amazing! Much more professional friendly environment.

The self per wash is not kept up as other sites are, requiring coins and timers, too old fashion.

This location is ghetto. You have to use coins to wash your dog like a self serve car wash and I haven’t been there in a while but I’m pretty sure only 1 station is only open. Other locations don’t have a coin system and allow unlimited time and unlimited shampoo and are 100% much cleaner.

I ordered a 50 count super worm and 25 count Dubai roach for delivery for my beardie. Upon delivery there was a note that said all of their 25 count roaches were mostly dead so they gave me a 50 count instead to insure I was getting alive roaches at no extra charge. I am so happy with the service but of course not happier than this guy! Thank you for all you do and being a rock star at customer service!

They have no information about me or my dogs when I have done business with them in the past and even stopped in the store and set an appointment and they contacted me via through email? and then when I stopped in their store March 3,2024 to wash my dogs,the cashier says we have no information about you or your dogs??? why is this?
