today on 101 I got my covid-19 booster I go there for all of my shots except for my flu shot I get in my doctor but usually I get all of my shots at their at Jewel-Osco why because they are kind and gracious and everyone treats everyone's respect there I like that they are an awesome group of individuals at the Jewel-Osco pharmacy department

Located inside the jewel by the liquor department. Very convenient 2 kiosks as the first one I used had an error and told me to try another location, which was right next to it luckily.

Today 10/13/2020 at 5:37pm to be exact I took my son who has special needs first of all having to stand in a long line which I mind you no one was disinfecting once a customer left in self-check out to buy him a Xbox live gold card..I get it home and put in the code it doesn't work i tried 3 times mind you..I call up to Jewels to let them know the problem and that I was coming up there either to get a new card or my money back the girl that answers the phone name is Tessia for her to tell me there is nothing she can do call/come in the morning and talk to someone ..then she proceeds to say it is the holidays and people are walking out with the Xbox gold cards I said are you trying to say I stole this card when I just told you I have a whole receipt then I tell her that her customer service skills are totally messed up and she needs to watch what she says to people..she then hangs up the phone if this was a year ago I would of been up to that store in 5 minutes but you better believe I will be there bright and early in the AM..and I will be filing a complaint and getting a new card or my money back.
