Arrived at store, no help at all. Old lady was Chit chatting with other people instead of helping customers out. She was extremly rude at checkout, if you dont like your job; go somewhere else. Pleaeant prairie is 10x better than this low rating store. Last time I ever go there. They should close it down!

I believe I have been discriminated against for being a WHITE person.I put my things on the counter that I wanted to purchase and I was ignored. While I was standing there waiting a Hispanic woman came in and spoke Spanish and the girl was ready to check her out immediately even though I was there first.Out of the times that I've been to the store I've only had good customer service one time and that was the gentleman that was the manager.I will never go back to that store and I will make sure that I go to a store that has a completely different regional manager (Vicky) since she's ultimately responsible for the rude workers in that store. Even better, Ulta will from now on get my business.Perhaps when a lawsuit is brought upon them for discriminating against white people things will change. One could only hope.Zero stars for this place.

I shop here at least once a week. The young ladies are always nice and helpful. They always have everything I need. The only thing I hate is the charge for a bag to put your items in.

Have never felt like such a burden shopping somewhere. They really can’t be bothered. Sally’s decided to cancel my online order so I had to go to the actual store and get what I needed. There was only one employee stocking items and another one poking her head out from the back of the store. They both kept making fun of the previous customer who had just left and called her names in Spanish because she came in asking if she could do a return. Even though I didn’t bother them with any questions or anything once it was my turn to checkout the lady rolled her eyes, sighed and walked to the register. Old as Hispanic woman should be embarrassed behaving that way! Just because you can’t find a better paying job doesn’t mean you have to be mad at everyone.

This location is near pathetic. The two workers here which are Mexican women did not help me at all. I asked for help and the younger woman agreed to help me yet never did. Yet she did help a Mexican man that asked her for help AFTER me. 10 minutes later she came down the isle to tell me that they are now closed. I replied " You stated that you were going to help me". She then replied "I was busy at the register". With Corvid taking place one would think that people would be nice and more helpful! I do not like this location.

BEWARE. I ORDERED TRIMMERS THAT DIDN'T WORK AND SALLY BEAUTY WOULD NOT TAKE THEM BACK. On Nov 30, 2019, I placed an order with Sally Beauty online for a few things. One of which was a Wahl Beret Trimmer. I tried to use them for the first time on Dec 10, 2019 & they would not cut. I tried to use them to clean up a client's neck line & they actually pulled the clients hair. So I attempted to take them back to the Sally Beauty in Waukegan where I live & they told me they could not take them back & that I had to call Wahl Corp. My question to them was, why would I contact Wahl when it was Sally Beauty who sold me a Trimmer that doesn't work. The young lady's response was that these were the rules and she pointed to a sign at the register that said they were unable to take back used trimmers or clippers. However, I attempted to use them, but they were faulty. The sales associate still said no. So I contacted Sally Corporation & they said the same thing. I just don't understand how if they send me something that doesn't work, why they wouldn't take it back. All I wanted was to exchange them. So now I'm stuck with broken trimmers that Sally Beauty sold me. Where is that fair? So, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Small selection, small store. I went in looking for some red hair dye and the girl who helped me seemed annoyed but was actually knowledgable compared to other stores i have been in. But she smelled of body odor and her hair was greasy looking with huge flakes of dandruff. Poor hygenie. Have not been back since.
