The prices are ridiculous, don't waste your time here. There's nothing thrifty about this place. A bunch of over priced junk.

Pretty typical Goodwill. Sizes are not together, they're all mixed up. Clean store for the most part. Some prices are a little crazy high, most are normal. The staff is friendly.
Not much for sinage...
I would stop by again, though...

New manager got hella attitude. Mans salty if he dont make 100 bucks off every other item. Acts more sassy than the previous woman manager. Used to spend money weekly now dont even wanna stop in.

We had about 5000 things to donate & Ruby, one of the managers, was unbelievably helpful & went beyond the extra mile to help us with the entire process

If I’m not good enough to use their bathroom then my money isn’t good enough to spend here. #nocompassion

The Store manger, Ruby, is a top of the line bad manager. She only sells furniture to certain people. Tried to negotiate a furniture price with her and she said no to my offer but someone else offered her a lower price than what I said she takes it. It’s not fair and it’s not the only time. Management needs to look into this.

Great place!! The Salvation Army in general as an organization truly does help people in the struggle. I don't think people realize the Salvation Army is more than just a set thrift stores. In my time of need SA was there to help me in my battles.

This Salvation Army location is huge with a great selection of items. It is well organized with items clearly marked and displayed. Clearly lots of effort goes into making this location welcoming. Items are as good as new and it's hard to tell otherwise. If in Waukegan, I highly recommend you visit this location. It will be worth your time. ?

For a second-hand house, everything is very expensive! It surprises me that people buy to save money and don't realize that they can find the same thing new and cheaper.
