The Store manger, Ruby, is a top of the line bad manager. She only sells furniture to certain people. Tried to negotiate a furniture price with her and she said no to my offer but someone else offered her a lower price than what I said she takes it. It’s not fair and it’s not the only time. Management needs to look into this.

Great place!! The Salvation Army in general as an organization truly does help people in the struggle. I don't think people realize the Salvation Army is more than just a set thrift stores. In my time of need SA was there to help me in my battles.

This Salvation Army location is huge with a great selection of items. It is well organized with items clearly marked and displayed. Clearly lots of effort goes into making this location welcoming. Items are as good as new and it's hard to tell otherwise. If in Waukegan, I highly recommend you visit this location. It will be worth your time. ?

Went here tonight based off the timeAnd the cashier had a BAD ATTITUDEAND NEVER SMILESit was 6:07 and she says I’m CLOSED and I got here about 5:45 THINKING IT CLOSES AT 7 Because that’s what it says when I looked on website! So her stank nasty sour attitude showedBut it was a honest MISTAKE. I told her they should change it on their website since she kept going on and on about this high priced Salvation ArmyEverything is OVERPRICEDGOODWILL IS SOOO MUCH BETTER

The one in Waukegan is more expensive then any other one around. The same shirt in Zion was $2.00 more in Waukegan

the employees are not friendlyand the cashier has a non-professional attitude.You have to pay $ 10.00 a day to keep your purchase in the store if you can't take it the same day you paid for it.

They need to REMOVE: "Erica", who is a public robotic menace; she's already been removed from one store, transferred to another, now back @ this one; very unkind individual, who has apparent problems, but, hey, don't we all? She's more menacing than "Alexa."
