i went to this location because they specialize in total eye ball replacement. not only did they replace both of my eye balls they gave me a choice of color. they also put me on their mailing list so I get promotional offers, I'm so fortunate to have this store by my home. they gave me cool sun glasses too

Dr Kukla was really amazing with my kindergarteners. Really friendly. Very efficient. Educated me on eye growth in small children

They incorrectly processed my claim even though I did not go for an eye exam! They are just bothered about money and not patients/customers.

I had cataract surgery. I wanted them to pop the left lens out my glasses. They refused since I was not their patient. They claimed liability issues. My surgeon's office never heard of anything so preposterous; advised me to go to Walmart which I really don't want go there because of the way they treat their employees and if I go there, I sure that someone will recognize me and think I actually shop there.

I loved my glasses and was so happy to receive them. Unfortunately I was in a terrible car accident and they were destroyed. I called Sears to order a new pair and explained what happen. She ordered me the same pair free of charge! They are wonderful there and highly recommended!!!!!

Exceptional customer service.I had a broken rimless frame and wanted to transfer the lens to a different frame -none of the name brand big optical stores could do it but the optician at this store did it for free!.
