“What an amazing experience. Submitted a design for company
t-shirts and wasn't sure how they would look. Eliseo advised me that they could work with the design to get the best results. Boy did they ever they redesigned the shirts so that the original number of people requesting the shirt tripled! They were on a time restraint due to my late ordering and met the deadline 5 days earlier. The quality of the shirts was definitely a plus, good quality shirts for a very fair price. I know during the COVID era, the time limit altered so much but we never considered that a lack of professionalism, the kept dong what they could with what they could, and soon enough they provided excellent 100% amazing quality items! We were having trouble printing the label, and I was in a rush during my lunch break, but she stayed patient and made sure everything was handled. She even made sure the package was submitted before the 5pm pickup so I wouldn’t miss my trade-in deadline (which happened to be my last day to turn it in!).

“I placed an online order for some prints last night. Online it said it would be ready the next morning. I got a call 10 minutes later saying it was ready. When I went to pick up the order I noticed it was the wrong size. I was in a hurry and couldn't stay to get it fixed. The next day, this morning, I wanted to go back and order it online. And again I clicked on the11x17. But again I didnt trust the system. I went to the store and talked to the lady. And im sorry I didnt get her name. She was so patient with me. And I explained what happened. Even showed her on the phone that when I click 11x17 paper. She managed to reprint and laminate for myself. Thank you again for the great customer service. Will definitely come back for some more printing.”
