This place is a joke. I found myself needing to join Simply Insurance due to an accident I was in as they were referred to by the currency exchange. Without getting little information on the document I absolutely needed from them I still stupidly paid for a years policy upfront thinking that they were going to help but after a month of talking to multiple people from this place, I was rudely spoken to by different people, hung up on multiple times, no one gave me their names for at least accountability purposes, and they weren’t even holding up their end of the job when they wouldn’t send the state of IL documents for me when the state is telling me that they have to. So instead I went to Geico and they’ve been helping me ever since last year! So don’t be like me and give this place any money, they are super rude and they won’t care about your needs and this is coming from a year-long customer.

Please heavily consider before choosing simply insurance. There are so many other insurance companies that are not rude, that are cooperative, and trust worthy and none of those are this place. If you find yourself in a position where you may need Simply Insurance's help (I.e it was referred by the currency exchange) then I suggest you keep on looking because after this place would hang up on me and be soo rude on the phone so I simply called Geico instead and made a policy with them! I called them today to let them know I was not going to renew on my yearly insurance policy. BEWARE

I’ve been dealing with Simply Ins for about three years now. Very low affordable payments (I have full coverage/Sr22). Every time I call they answer and they’re always polite. I would especially like to acknowledge Yesenia. She’s answered the phone for me on multiple occasions. Super polite! She’s very knowledgeable about any questions I ask her. She’s awesome all around her cool personality definitely shines through. Please continue?
