My husband took my vehicle to Sunset Tire & Auto and I can't say enough great things about the costumer service, I didn't personally went in because of work but Ron is such an honest and helpful person I didn't need to. He reassured me that he would do the best to get my vehicle checked and fix the right way and so it was done! You rarely find honest and helpful mechanics and I have to say this is one of them. Your vehicle will be in great hands, I recommend Sunset Tire & Auto hands down!

Don’t have change for small bills despite taking hundreds of dollars from people daily. Rude staff with poor customer service. Will ask you for overpayment because *THEY* are unprepared for business and not having basic change.

Thieves!! My cars gets Towed less than 3miles away from there lot $180 dont get service from them.

Just got robbed for not price checking first had good experience in the past with no price check guess they just need some extra money or something but for sure my last call to sunset towing 75 dollars for 4 miles wow I'm in the wrong buisness

I called for information and the guy on the phone very rude which escalated to as I asked more questions. Glad I didn't go in to ask questions about their service, he probably would've hit me. Steer clear of this place!

Just cause the weather is bad they want to charge 3x the normal rate. Not a professional business nor do they care about a client.

Ridiculous! Harrassed my dad for legally parking on the street. Then tried to come back and threaten him. They are lucky that he didn't hear them. What kind of reputable company is this?

- What I don't like about sunset towing Is that they never answer their phone. And when your car gets towed they charge too much. 😡😠👎

Just moved to the area recently. My car wouldn't start at Walmart. Sunset towing had a truck pick me up in under 30 minutes. The driver was very professional. Even offered me a ride home before he dropped my car at the shop!
