Extremely Disappointing and Untrustworthy Experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience with this dealership deserves serious attention. From the beginning, I felt misled by their sales tactics and lack of transparency. What was presented as a straightforward deal quickly turned into a confusing and frustrating situation, full of hidden fees and misleading promises.
It became clear that honesty and customer care are not priorities here. Instead of helping me find the right vehicle, the team seemed focused on pushing a deal that benefited them, not the buyer. Communication was inconsistent, and attempts to clarify details were met with vague or evasive answers.
Buying a car should be an exciting and professional process—but this experience left me feeling deceived and disappointed. I strongly recommend anyone considering doing business with this dealership to proceed with extreme caution and read every detail before signing anything, Never going to this car dealer ever again! It’s literally the worst car dealer in lake county illinois

Purchased a vehicle and the same day the vehicle was having issues! I made it to the gas station after leaving the car lot and the traction control started to malfunction stopping my tires from spinning! I called and they told me to come back, they had the vehicle for 5 minutes then told me they didn’t notice anything. 2 weeks later the check engine light came on, now 1 month later after the “warranty” is expired, the traction control is malfunctioning again. I 100% regret purchasing a vehicle from them.
