Was there trying to get info from a young lady who worked there. At first, she ignored me, and then when she saw I wasn't going away, she became irritated and abrasive. Even after I told her never mind, she kept getting louder, as if she was trying to make/cause a scene.

The worst experience ever. Put money to fill up my tire and it was not working. Went inside to tell the cashier/manager, and she said it was not a her problem. Then I asked if they could put a sign so other people wouldn't be robbed, and she started complaining that the owner specifically told them that they wouldn't put one up. Very unprofessional.

I went in on 12/14 and the candy cane hot chocolate wasn’t working so Sheila came to fix it and wasn’t able to at first, so after picking another drink she said it was on the house, thank you! she then worked on the machine for an a hour AFTER I left to get it to work and then let me know she was able to get it working again, thank you I really appreciate you for going above and beyond, I will be stopping in soon to get the drink I originally wanted☺️

Last night before 8 Pm I pass to have some hotdogs or something to bite when I arrived was almost empty the warmers was a total of 5 taquitos that's all, the hotdogs area was empty, was on but empty I meant was not even 8 Pm ? I don't know what's the policy but for a customer that's unacceptable.

I've been going to Thorntons since I was a kid, and have had mainly good experiences, but tonight was unacceptable. All the pumps were shut down. I went inside and asked why. There were three capable workers at the counter, but they said they turn off all the pumps two minutes before midnight...
1:It was 11:55pm when I left to go to the other Thorntons down the road. My tank was on it's last drops, so I couldn't wait till the morning.
2:I've always been able to get gas after midnight at this same location before since it's always after my work shift.
3:What good is a gas station with no gas?
Seems to me the workers just didn't want to be stuck there after midnight since all three were just talking behind the counter. I know they can do better.

A good & friendly gas station. They have some very good coupons for discounts.

Management assumes that because it's cold outside, that everybody wants and needs a receipt, therefore everybody must pay inside because they must want to walk further in the cold (unnecessarily) to wait in line to pay just to get said receipt. And to top it off, the staff would only let me put specified amounts on my card and not fill up. Why so shady? This is the worst Thornton's experience I've ever had, and I used to drive cargo. Went to another gas station tonight.
