These people now take your I.D to make a return or exchange now. I exchanged an item for a client of mine and the cashier asked for my I.D and then scanned it. I don't like that and I know what they are doing! They are trying to make sure people aren't returning items many times. I've never returned an item for myself or my client. I understand that people do this but I feel it also violates ones privacy. I'm a rewards member so once you scan my card or I put in my # Walgreens already KNOWS WHO I AM! SMH.

Called at9.30p, Saturday to see if I could stop in for a COVID shot/ Person who answered said the overnight pharmacist did not know how. This is demonstrative of really bad service and not having the proper staffing. If you cannot staff a business properly then evolve and disappear which is what Walgreens is doing. Stupid long waits on hold, phone being disconnected and rude staff. No wonder people are voting with their feet and going to Amazon or Osco. Get your house in order or continue to the hemorrage of shutting down stores You guys are headed toward the historical dust heap of retail and look in the mirror. You only have yourselves to blaim

If I could give zero Stars I would this has to be the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Waiting for a prescription for over an hour when I've been to other Walgreens and they tell me hold on we'll get it in 5 minutes. Worst customer service ever and she was rude about it!!

Quite disappointed to find out that when I used the pharmacy drive through, I did not earn walgreens cash rewards because my walgreens membership was not used. I think that it should be automatic since email and phone information are all available in their system but of course it's not happening. Got robbed of so many rewards by using the pharmacy drive through as you are not prompted to enter your phone number when you check out. Also found out that the staff could actually activate it but of course they don't do it unless you tell them about the rewards. This is such a bummer especially with the amount of prescription medications I pick up from Walgreens, lost quite a bit of cash rewards there.

My mother called the pharmacy to make sure her prescription was ready because she would be leaving out of town they assured her that the prescription would be ready today. We went into Walgreens to pick it up and the girl at the window Brittney told us they didn’t have it and we told her we spoke to someone and we were told it was ready and she said well we don’t you could search it up and check which Walgreens has it. She was very rude she did not care to help when it was originally their fault we literally just called an hour before going into Walgreens. I asked her if she could check which one has it and she said no you could check so I told her I don’t work here you do and it’s your job to assist. She should not work there if she can not assist and has an attitude. I work in the medical field and I’ve never neglected a patient that NEEDS their medication that is something very serious & she just sees it as “oh well” and if she see it that way she should really not work there I can not imagine the older patients that go there and she doesn’t care to help them find out what other location would have their medication, most older people don’t even know how to look it up. Guys please just save yourself the headache and send you prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Don’t be assured this Walgreens will be open 24 hours, I came in at 7 am on a Saturday to give the pharmacy a prescription and the doors were locked. There were cars in the parking lot but yet the doors were locked, I wasted my time coming on a rainy Saturday morning thinking it would be open. Someone needs to change the hours on google if it won’t even be accurate, such a waste of time.

Don't waste your time coming here I didn't have any options cause this is the only place was open and I had implant done and was in alot of pain. This pharmacist is talking so much despite i am waiting she dosent care ....God someone help...it's been 45min Her name is Kelly

I’m trying to get my seizure medication, if I miss doses then I have seizures. Just moved to the area, this pharmacy says well we don’t accept new scripts on the weekends. I put in my request on LAST MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!! If I have a seizure, I sue them 🤷♂️ simple dumb employees. It’s not hard to read a bottle or a screen.

This is the most stupidest company to ever be ran. There was 8 cars in the pharmacy drive through, store was also packed. I waited patiently for 40 min, FOURTY MINUTES. As I was next in line the worker says they are going on lunch and walks away. I wasted almost an hour of my time and GAS to not get any medicine.
