Worst service at the vaccination pick up first they asked me to come after an hour then when I came after an hour they said wait for another half hour and was still waiting for more than an hour. Literally the WORST pharmacy in Waukegan, the employees are rude and lack professionalism, how is a prescription that was sent in 2 days that THEY CALLED ME SAYING WAS READY, not ready when my husband arrived for pick up? I call in advance to verify Insurance and got told my insurance was not in their network.. so I ask about out of pocket, which I’m fine with paying, sent my husband to go pick up my prescription with the amount I was told over the phone and he gets told he needs the physical insurance card and they are waiting on approval to get it.. why does he need approval for insurance if it’s out of network and he’s paying out of pocket? Makes no sense at all I’ll be switching pharmacies. These people have no idea what they are doing.

This pharmacy is the worst. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past hour and a half and they keep hanging up on me. I have a new born so unfortunately I cannot up and leave whenever to keep checking for my prescriptions. I’ve literally never experienced this in my life lol.

One of the worst Walgreens I’ve been into 709 Green Bay Rd.. I have congestive heart failure dropped off my prescription. The girl behind the counter says my prescriptions not ready. I’ll go back home. Second time. I get another text on my phone prescription is ready. Go back home. It’s not ready. I get a text number three. I go in prescription. Hasn’t come yet I’ll go in today, May 2 they couldn’t sell me the pills because the prescription was written and a different Walgreens, I called customer service if it’s not a control medication they should’ve filled it. By the way, first price you gave me for my medication was over $500 I told her price is wrong second time Price 196. It was wrong again. Third time 196 – that’s when she told me they could not fill my prescription after the week going back-and-forth with this Walgreen Terrible experience. I never got my medication. I did file a form of complaint. I guess Walgreens on Green Bay Rd. and grand Avenue never again. I feel this Walgreens take customers.

The pharmacist "Dan" was not very helpful. I am a senior citizen and had to use the restroom. He told me they were closed. I checked with the sales associate upfront and she helped me to the restroom. I also had questions on my insurance coverage. He rushed me. I have seen him interact with customers before. Sad to see someone in a leadership role not providing good customer service. Think I will be checking out CVS. Nice store but not good service.

Got attended by some teenager who made me wait to have my pictures reprinted when they were already done. Another dyke looking worker with short hair came to check and then I guess the manager to finally ring me up but they thought it was soo funny how long I was waiting. Trashhh go to Lewis instead

Tired of Walgreens. This store has no care for pharmacy customers. Over and over again the pharmacy has no idea what is going on with prescriptions or they out-right lie about availability. Extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. Walgreens sucks!
