Site online or on the app is not working. I’m so sick I can’t go to the store, but since the app is not working I’m going to have to go out there and risk my health, and put others at risk too.

If it were up to me I wouldn't give it any stars, the majority of the staff are very despotic, they treat you badly and throw things at you, I don't recommend this place, the place in green bay Waukegan, green bay beach park is better, they are very friendly

The Walgreens at 2200 N Lewis Avenue in Waukegan, IL is an excellent example of how a drug store should be operated. All of the employees that I have encountered are fantastic. I am always greeted with a smile and a cheerful "Hello". I primarily deal with the pharmacy due to required medications and all I can say about the pharmacy staff is that they do an excellent job. All of the pharmacists and techs do their jobs extremely well. On a scale of 1 to 10, they all rate at least a score of 15!!

This location is not customer focused! I have an issue with them on every visit! I call get hung up on occasionally, some of the girls that work there are rude and show no sign of caring about you as an individual! I call in refills on the automated system, arrive when they say it will be ready and they can’t find or see what I called in! I had to switch because of Ins. From CVS in Target down the road which is a friendly, organized, caring and supportive pharmacy. Employees are always nice and care about your healthcare needs! I wish I had other options which I will be looking into, do not use Walgreens on Lewis and Sunset pharmacy if you can help! Save yourself the headache!!!

On 10/7/2024, at about 9:20 pm, I called Walgreens Pharmacy. I was transferred over to the Pharmacy but no one picked up the phone to say hello it sounded like they picked up the phone and immediately put me on hold as I heard the while you wait music playing. I waited and then the phone would ring again and then I was put back on hold as I would hear the music. This went on for several minutes and no one ever picked up the phone. I called to ask If I could pick up my medication that continues to have a status of in progress.

The retail store is standard walgreens. The pharmacy however, is the worst I've ever had to deal with. The new normal here is waiting a week for a script to be filled. Don't fill scripts here if you have any need to stay on a regular med schedule.

Went in to buy something listed in stock on the website. Got there it was way more expensive then the website. Showed the girl it was on the website available for pickup in store at the advertised price. She said. "We don't do that here. We don't price match" I said it's your stores website availability is in your store. She shrugs her shoulders. ridiculous. I'll go to. Cvs down the road.
