unprofessional And very rude they make the mistakes and then call to try to argue with costumer over the phone telling me go place your order somewhere else i had my husband go to the pharmacy to pick up my daughters pediasure 1.5 that i had called and place the oder for two days before (not the first time i order)he gets there and its not the right item i was like ok its fine i can wait till Next week to get the right thing no problem my husband walks out the store 5 minutes later i have Jonathan (same guy the took my order over the phone) calling me with a horrible attitude talking about you gave me the wrong item wish I did not (thats my daughters only nutrition so i know for a fact it has to be pediasure 1.5)i explain to him one more time the order I even told him the color of the can (yellow can)not the blue one he continue to try and argue No Jonathan if you are having a bad day dont take out on me you place the order wrong not me And no I will not go somewhere else I will continue to place my orders at your pharmacy just with a different person with a different attitude and customer service

I have been using this Walmart for years and have seen it decline very fast. Every time I call I have to give my information to multiple people. This location is very unprofessional. Only good thing is the managers are understanding that the staff is not knowledgeable.

For a Pharmaceutical staff they could be more professional to Sick and ailing individuals. We do not have time to argue when we are getting our meds. I was having an Asthma attack and she told i had wait 30mins for my refill so I left and went to ER. SMH

Worst Service.... I have called Walmart pharmacy on 29 November 2018 at 4.26 pm CST to check about by Medicines and they kept me in HOLD for 30 minutes ... I took a Screenshot of my waiting time but i dont have a option to post it here...

I feel like this Walmart is highly understaffed. EVERYTIME I've used the photo center they make me wait atleast 15+ minutes for somebody to come and help me. Coinsidentally everytime I come here (wether it's at different times) the person running the photo center is always "out" or "on break". Also, when you ask someone for help they have no idea how to help you. They always have to call their manager and that also takes years for them to come. One time, I literally waited half an hour just so somebody could get the key to get me a spray paint bottle. Horrible experience.
