The prices are absolutely insane, the store is an overcrowded mess. Most of the staff seem way too young, and the manufacturing of the products are of some of the worse quality i have ever seen, everything is either smashed or open, just a whole mess overall.

Auto Department: Whoever answered the phone today, Sunday, March 2nd, 2025 around 2:30pm (middle-aged Caucasian sounding woman) is the reason why I am purchasing new tires at another establishment.
She was incompetent, couldn't operate the computer to get very basic information, she couldn't follow what I was spoon feeding her, and she certainly did not care that we were unsuccessful with being able to book a basic appointment to get some tires changed.
I'm glad she was so comfortable with not being able to assist me, because it made it much easier to just go somewhere else.
The second place I called was more than happy to book my appointment. They were kind, listened and answered the 2 basic questions I had regarding my situation. I'll be sure to leave them a much better review.
