It’s nice to know that when you have a problem that the company which was waukegan tire has your back Not only did they fix my problem they found another problem and they were able to fix that as well. It’s nice to know that somebody has your back and not trying to screw you over for something that you didn’t need. Thanks again for your team and your staff. . Specially, the lady that was at the front counter. I didn’t catch her name, but she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable there.

Great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Went in store on Greenbay Rd. Waukegan, IL, they didn't have the 2 vogue tires sizes I needed.They then transported the 20" tires I requested from the other store on Washington st. balanced and installed them. I have a smoother ride now!
