Called to get my car an appointment for routine sevice. The person very rude on the call. Was told they didn't have availability and to try and keep calling back til they did. Wasn't even willing to give me a timeline as to when they would have an opening. I know people get busy but having some common customer courtesy would be nice.

I have been taking my car there for almost 10 years. I have an older 1998 Mercedes C240 and had to have some major work done here and there. It's nice to know that Bill at Beebee's Wayne Garage will always be there for me if anything needs repaired. Once the repair is completed I feel secure knowing once I pull out from the garage that my car will be once again running 100 percent. Bill is very professional and so nice. Thank you Bill for all you do for me. ☺️

This is not a public repair shop. I went in there twice asking about an AC issue on my 2011 BMW. The guy there told me to come back next week. Then next week he said it’s too cold he needs a hot day to work on AC. That’s when I realized he is not eager to add any more new customers aside from who he knows. I respect that so I gave him 5 stars.
