Ramon is awesome at customer service. I had a complicated service challenge that required help on the 800# and also in the store. Despite needing to go in multiple times Ramon was professional, patient, persistent, and pleasant. That location is sure fortunate to have him!

Got to this store at 6:20 p.m. Only one person working, Beto. He was helping a couple, there was another individual waiting, my husband and I walked in one door and another person walked in the other door. Beto basically told the couple he couldn't help them and they left. At 6:30 p.m. he locked one of the doors. He spent a few minutes with the individual before us, asked us what we needed, we said we wanted to trade in our current phones for 2 new 15 Max Pros. He said the store is closing at 7:00 p.m. and it would be best if we came back tomorrow because it would take an hour for the new phones. Beto clearly did not want to stay and help us. We left and drove to the AT&T store in St. Charles on Main Street, which also closes at 7:00 and Steven was more than happy to help us. It took him 15 minutes to take care of our transaction and we were back in our car at 7:03. Do not go to the West Chicago store, especially if Beto is working!
