Update:
When touring the unit, there was a missing light bulb. They stated they would put a light bulb in but didn’t, so I had to bring one and put it in myself. The exit gate is not automatic. Nobody mentioned that you have to get out of your vehicle, walk to the building, and enter your pin to open the gate to leave. I wish someone had communicated that because I was incredibly frustrated and couldn’t get a hold of the office, although I tried calling multiple times and left voicemails.
Laura was exceptional, with a charisma and kindness that were truly remarkable. She was a joy to work with and to talk to, consistently brightening our day with her positive attitude. Her professionalism and genuine care made every interaction enjoyable, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.

The rental process over the website & talking to a representative on the phone was easy. Completing the paperwork via email and links was simple. BEFORE you sign though, check woth your homeowners insurance to see if specifically yiur contents stored offsiteat CubeSmart Storage ( and give the address) is covered. If so get a certificate of insurance and present it at the signing. They otherwise charge a monthly fee for insurance and depending on what you're storing the limit could be inadequate. And yes, I am a insurance professional.

I reserved my cube. I went over on the date I reserved it for and they had canceled my reservation. They said they texted to confirm. I listed my home number, so that does not receive texts.The new rate was higher.Cubes are nice and clean, but pissed I will be paying a higher rate as long as I keep my things there.
