For the most part, customer service is good.
But they need to work on their schedule, it’s 8:46 am and the store is closed although it should be open by 8.
There’s a car here but idk if it’s an employee or a customer.
Edit: just saw other reviews and apparently this isn’t the first time this happens. They need to do éter with being on schedule

The store is supposed to be open at 8am. It is now 8:30 and the parking lot is empty, store locked and dark. Cannot give a better review if the store is closed.

I'm at the store and this is my usual go to but today was crazy... They left this men here by his self and I know he is on the spectrum. He had no security no help and the line was ridiculous. They needd to do better..... ASAP

These days, people have a lot to complain about and they use this platform to show their true colors.
We came here to get balloons and party favors for my person’s daughter’s 16th birthday. We were treated to warm personalities and very helpful guidance while getting our helium on. Ari and Joey were great. Consummate professionals that quickly got us in and out with the coolest bouquet of birthday balloons ever. If you’re in the area, stop in because we really enjoyed the whole experience. Which isn’t always the case. Thanks Ari & Joey!!

I WAS THERE TONIGHT AND I DONT LIKE THE WAY THE LADY AT THE REGISTER YELLED AT THE YOUNG BOY SHE WAS WORKING WITH. YOU CAN TELL HE HAS AN INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY AND SHE YELLED AT HIM BECAUSE HE PUT THE SCANNER ON THE WRONG WAY!! SHE LITERALLY MADE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH THE WAY SHE TALKED TO HIM!! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IF SHE CANT WORK WITH OTHERS!! I CANT IMAGINE HOW SHE TREATS HIM WHEN NO ONE IS AROUND IF SHE DID THAT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!! LITERALLY NEVER STEPPING FOOT IN THAT PLACE IF I HAVE TO BE DISGUSTED BY ONES IGNORANCE

Store is very unorganized and cluttered with boxes everywhere. Things thrown everywhere, and almost impossible to find what youre actually looking for. Their app also did not reflect accurately what items they had in stock.

This is probably the 5th time in the last month I stop here between 6pm and 8pm and the doors are locked. The hours say 8a to 9p everyday. I was just there at 7pm and someone was inside near the register.

Had a item ring up wrong. Girl was mad I asked for a refund then. And all I said was it ran.g up over a $1 to much. She told me learn to read this is America. I said I can't believe you said that to me. She told me get out of her store.Learn to earn to read this is America

I went in the store brought some cases of pop for a party then had the party and found out the pop was last February date on it so the pop was flat and stale called the store told them about it they told me nothing they can do about it so I’m not shopping thier no more not an happy person
