Surprised!!! I purchased a generator yesterday and I thought it was going to be like buying one at Home Depot where you pay and they give it to you and have a nice day. NOPE!!! It was so weird to be somewhere with this level of customer service!!! What a difference, they opened it for me, added oil, put gas in it then they explained to me how to use it, what to do for long term storage. Filled out the warranty info for me. Loaded on my truck. They offered me a water, gave me a free shirt. I hope everyone goes to this store, the level of customer service was something I had not experienced in years.

I had a great experience. I went in for some suspension fluid and ended up buying much more stuff. Stoyan was the guy that helped me. He listened tentatively to my needs, was very knowledgeable and kind. I asked him to look up a bunch of parts for a Honda dirt bike and he did it with a smile on his face. Very rarely do I go to any parts department at a dealership and get such a great service. All the bike fluids that I bought were reasonably priced. I will def. be back for more. Thank you for all your help Stoyan.

I looked at every single bike and I saw this one, a 2024 MT-07 I pointed out and he agreed that it would be perfect fit for me. I sat on it and lo and behold it was. I put $1,000 deposit down and told him I'd come back on Tuesday while I researched the bike very well. I came to discover that it is perfect in all respects I am buying it today! I experienced no pressure sales, no up sales, no bait and switches - just superior dealership with brand new high quality motorcycles! I believe there are some used ones as well parked out in the front put all the brand new bikes are inside the building protected from weathering.

I recently went in to get my speedometer cable replaced during open service hours on a Saturday morning. During the install they informed me that my wheel bearings are shot and I agreed to go ahead with the repair - which by the way was $200 and took all of 15 minutes when their hourly shop rate is $120/hr and I watched the dude just knock em in with a piece of wood and a mallet.
All seemed fine though, rode home and parked then got up to head to work the next morning and found my speedometer was dead again. During install they didn't route the cable through the holding hooks behind my fairing and it slipped between my fork and frame and severed when I parked.
They were all nice enough but after spending $300 on simple service + eating the cost of the part I ordered to have it fail immediately is disappointing to say the least. I'll be installing the next one myself and finding another shop for my future repairs.

I just picked up my new Honda Navi and couldn't be happier with my experience. We were greeted right away. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. They even loaded it up in the trailer for us. Definitely 5 star service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Our first experience, we bought a PW50. We asked the guy to get us a price on a Honda 50 that we would come back the next day to buy it because we came in to pick up closer to closing time. He never got back to us… 2 1/2 months after owning the PW50, it won’t stay running. Brought it back in and spoke with Keith and he said the gas was bad in the bike that you “need to drain the gas every 2 weeks…” Says he has to order an exhaust gasket and accused us of messing with the bike and that the carburetor needed cleaned with a new float gasket.. The bike is supposedly under warranty and they still had the audacity to charge us for the “repair” on a BRAND NEW BIKE that has been rode around 10 times by a 5 year old. They also called us at 5:28pm on Friday to let us know it was finished when they close at 5:30pm. Couldn’t get ahold of Service, anytime I called to check on the bike that they had for over a week, it would ring and ring and I would have to call back and ask whoever was answering to please go check on an update, because we were told it would be ready Wednesday and still hadn’t heard anything from Keith. Under delivered service. Oh and he also said “I have brand new bikes to get out first.” Makes sense, you already took our money from the sale so screw us right??

Overall great service, got new tires put on in a day, no delays. Keith was amazing for getting service for my wheels to get new tires put on, overall a great guy. I walked in there expecting no help with my wheels since they aren’t Honda or Yamaha branded wheels but turns out they can put on tires for any type of bike. I did have only one issue and that was with the front wheel of my bike, it seemed to be a little bit bent after they put on the tire. I called back and Keith was very understanding about my issue and told me that I could come back in and get it checked out. I completely understand if they bent these by accident since the wheels seem to be not the best quality from the manufacturer of my bike. Tomorrow I am going back in and getting them checked out to see if there is anything they can do, But least to say, overall amazing place to get you’re bike serviced or buying a bike, although a bit expensive they are great people, honest and take accountability for their mistakes. I highly recommend this place for anything related with bikes, I can’t wait to buy my first bike from this place in the future. Edit: I went back to go get my wheels fixed, and they tried their best to fix them. It was not their fault whatsoever for the wheels bending, the manufacture of these wheels are at fault. These wheels have been cheaply made and that's why they bent, even the guy told me that the wheel was like aluminum foil.
