“This place is great for buying fresh meat. Been coming here for years. I would give it a 5 stars but I just recently purchased arrachera and ordered 13 pounds but I didn’t even get 10 pounds when I weighed it, it was 9.8. I know they clean it but I thought 3 pounds was a little excessive.”

“Tonight there was an incident with a seemingly intoxicated customer at the store. There was a woman and child with him and the employees did an incredible job calming the mother and child while the police dealt with the man. They brought the boy candy, water, tissues, and asked if they were hungry or needed anything. I know this isn't "aldi" related, but these employees need to be recognized for what they did to keep everyone, including the customers, safe. Thank you guys so much ??”
“The recently added self checkout lanes have significantly reduced the time required to checkout. Happy to see the improvement. Store shelves still tend to be a bit on the sparse side.”
“As a frequent DoorDasher, it becomes inconvenient when I’m unable to find all the items that I need today, however was a nice change. Both Trevor and Ken were equally an integral part in helping me deliver the most efficient order with 100% accurate items. Each of these two employees were able to find items that I had actually replaced and I was able to use those as the original item to help the customer get the exact order correct. Thank you both for being strong leaders. Since it’s opening, this location has been dominant part in helping the local community get high quality groceries they need at an affordable price. “The very best Fresh Market in this area is Angelo Caputo's Fresh Market period! The produce section is huge with anything you could possibly want. In addition to the largest selection of pasta I have ever seen, they also have an outrageous deli, bakery, pizza bar, freshly made gelato, and a regular bar! They also have a sushi bar where the rolls are freshly made. The butcher counter has beautiful cuts on display and there is a large selection of seafood. The Wine and cheese along with the olive bar are great for any occasion too. Plenty of parking and a friendly, helpful and courteous staff await anything you may need. I'm never disappointed at Caputo's!”

“Aldi has a bad reputation with some. I like the store. Many times the produce is better than the Jewel nearby. Although the brands are almost all generic, I have not purchased anything bad from the store.”
“About as good as one can expect on Christmas Eve. Finding the entrance is neither obvious nor intuitive. The freaking 25¢ carts were really hard for my weak arthritic joints to maneuver. Typical euro market. Aldi seems to have good meat prices. Everything is neat and clean.”
“This is my fav Aldi store by far. The managers and cashiers are so friendly and make my day to see them smile.
Great organic selection, meats are excellent, they have some of the best fruit around.
You can come home with a lot for just $20 compared to any other stores.”
“Old Aldi is coming up in the world! I LOOOOOVE the home goods and miscellaneous aisle. AND I find such good low carb, whole and fresh foods there now, including Keto products. Staff is always friendly, warm and chatty too, which makes it nice to check out. Aldi is my JAM!”

“My wife who is an incredible cook, turned me into a believer in Aldi. All my pretenses have been reset because seeing is believing. Aldi's variety is growing and has surprised me. I knew I could save $ at Aldi but wow, didn't realize I could consistently save 50% compared to where I would normally go.

“This is a great place to shop since I have a Mexican father, and his girlfriend is Puerto Rican. I love everything they sell there, the atmosphere is great and has very friendly workers. This place deserves more recognition!”
“Yesterday I visited this store for the first time. I won’t say that there is a very large selection of goods, but everything you need and more can be purchased here and at a very good price. The assortment is good ?. There are no queues, as all ticket offices are open. There were many free spaces in the parking lot.”

“Clean and organized store. Cashier was not nice to an elderly man. They didn't take his credit card. The man tried to pay with cash then, and the cashier made him step aside while she waited on others. Very unnecessary behavior.”
“Where else can you do a full week's grocery run that allows you to get in and out in 15 minutes. Lots of great options, some misses on their products - i skip their coffee and yogurt. Lots of locations are convenient. This is not the same Aldi from 10 years ago-give it another try if you didn't like it before. You will be happily suprised.”

“This is one of my favorite grocery stores, they are very reasonable with their prices and especially their produce section. I got a bunch of produce to use for juicing and some extra other things and I only spent $40. If I went to Walmart or jewel I would have spent way more.They have really good warm food, I love their Flautas and their rice is my favorite Spanish rice. Their churros are the only churros I like from what I’ve all tried.”
“I delivered there a lil bit ago. Checked in at 0950 for a 1000 am appt. Had me in a dock quick. Off property with signed BOLs by 1045 and no lumper fee to unload a whole truck. The lot was kind of tight to maneuver around in but the speed of which I was unloaded was superb. Staff seemed friendly yet busy. Place seemed great. Other than the tight yard it was perfect for me.”

“As a loyal Aldi customer who has enjoyed the perks of Aldi shopping both abroad and at home here in the US, I just want to say that I am so thankful for the Aldi employees at my home West Chicago location. Today 7/13 at around 4:10pm I witnessed a man talk to our favorite cashier in the rudest, most condescending way imaginable… and our cashier was so respectful, poised, and professional. Even the manager was involved, and as someone who witnessed the whole conversation, I was so impressed with their professionalism. If a man spoke to me that way I would’ve smacked them with my platform Croc faster than they could’ve asked “what’s your name so I can report you?” The customer became so rude and disrespectful (tone and volume of voice), that he was asked to leave in a respectful way. BRAVO ALDI EMPLOYEES! Bring the millennial that I am, I had 911 ready to dial because this customer had the never to taunt them with “oh so you’re going to drag me out of here then?” Ugh, can’t believe the Aldi employees kept a straight face and their professional hats on. Just wanted to say that a sane human watched that happen and no one deserves to be talked to that way.
I have submitted a report to Aldi describing everything I saw and hope that you continue to kick out entitled & disrespectful guests who want to pick fights about shopping carts. ?
And if you’re the rude customer reading this right now — I hope you have the life you deserve! ?”
