“Little loud and limited parking but overall not a bad option. Has the basics and it's actually larger than I expected. Staff is super helpful, they sell soaps and such, and they offer drop off services. I wish there were security cameras, at the very least in the front and back door. TVs don't work but that's okay. Cost of a emergency load only 3.25$. Uses laundry card not quarters.”

“If you want a dry cleaner who treats you like a person and not just a ticket number, Prestige Cleaners is it. Mario, the manager, is one of the kindest, hardest-working people I’ve met. I’ve come in late four separate times after my commute back from Chicago, needing suits, shirts, and ties cleaned and pressed for packed weeks of meetings and interviews. Mario hit every deadline, did the work himself to cover a last-minute change on my end on multiple occasions. No other dry cleaner I’ve worked with or called would even consider something like that. He doesn’t even give it a second thought. This isn’t a rush-it-through-the-press operation. The work is genuinely excellent. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on how crisp my suits look. I travel for work and I’m in the Chicago area often, and I won’t go anywhere else. Mario is one of a kind.”

“It’s Prom season. And…I get the great idea to get three suit pants altered, one tuxedo cleaned and alterations to the pants and vest plus patches applied to two pants. That’s Multiple alterations. During Prom Season. Well, the name speaks for itself. ALL Of My Alterations were completed within four days and during a very busy season. This Place Is Perfect and the owners are some of the nicest. My decision has been made. I will continue to drive 20 minutes past other cleaners and gladly support this location. Well Worth It! Did I mention the owners are some of the nicest?!!! Thank You!!!!!”

“Today I realized that the Maid of Honor dress I'm supposed to wear in my best friends wedding tomorrow, is too long and I'll be tripping on it. What kind of idiot doesn't realize this sooner? Thank the Heavens that Kim (owner of this place) has the heart of an angel, and knew what kind of bind I was in. This dress had 3 layers, and I only had 4 hours before leaving for the out of town wedding. She came through and saved the day for me. Im so grateful. Also, the hem worm is beautiful ! Thank you so much Kim and all the staff at Best Cleaners on Farnsworth in Aurora”

“I read one of the post about service dog He was in the right I’m sorry and the next question is What task does your sd perform? If you don’t have a doctor backing you up of a service dog that could be fine misdemeanor to a felony. The other thing Is your puppy properly trained to perform task cannot be disruptive no urinating or pooping. I have a service dog and I’m very blessed but if someone asks me if it’s a service dog, I take that opportunity to talk to them and educate people. Take it as a learning experience for everyone. I don’t get defensive. It’s a joy to as a handler and for my baby we are a team FYI there is no paperwork for sd that Amazon sells either”
