DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY.
Our unit got robbed, who knows when, and we received a messaged today about our unit being unsecured (daily lock checks are supposed to happen). Get there and our unit was completely emptied out and the lock was cut. There are only cameras in the entrance and the exit of the building, not throughout the facility. After talking to the staff/police we were informed that this was the NINTH UNIT that has been robbed in the last week. That’s right, NINE UNITS (previous robberies reported within the last 2 years also). No email, text or phone calls were made about the criminal activity that they knew was happening. After trying to blame us for ‘not securing’ our unit their solution was if we don’t feel our belongings are safe feel free to move them out. Too late for that, someone already did. 🤬
This place was great up until 2 years ago when it was sold to these new owners.
If you want your belongings safely stored I HIGHLY recommend choosing a different storage facility .
