to have a storage company treating their customers with kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend Metro Storage in West Chicago. The storage unis are clean safe, and very secure. When you make your reservation, don't forget to ask for Craig. He is awesome!

There are many storage facilities in the area. I chose this one because it seemed secure, clean, and it was the only one I found that was climate controlled. The full-time, on-site manager, Michael, was so friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. The auto-pay feature made it easy not to miss a payment. Had a great experience from move-in to move-out. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great costumer service. Staff is friendly and ready to answer any question. The location is very clean. Easy access and exit. Carts on site for costumers to use to facilitate moving things in and out of storage.

I rented a storage unit for about 8 months at the West Chicago facility. I worked with Mike from the beginning. He’s professional and easy to work with. Whenever I had questions or concerns he was always super helpful.
