The Manager here, Tim, is such a great honest guy. I had issue with the heat shield and contacted him on saturday, he was kind enough to accomadate us at such a short notice and fixed the issue. Tim is a true gentleman. I would recommend Tim and his team to anyone for service work.

I was in Wheaton Il. visiting my daughter at college and I wanted to get the oil changed in her (my) car. I went to the Midas in Wheaton but they were too busy but the counter man called the other Midas six miles away and got me an appointment. I got the oil changed in West Chicago. Both locations were great.

Tim and Chris are great to deal with and very helpful with explaining what the situation is with your vehicle. They will help you figure out how to measure things and what you need if your vehicle isn't there yet. Very customer friendly awesome customer service.
