I am a designer in Pensacola, Florida. I designed a driveway with a rock salt finish. I could not find the rock salt for my application. After google researching, I made contact with Amanda at Midwest.
I explained to Amanda what I needed. Even though I was never going to be a client of hers, she was extraordinarily kind and helpful. Literally walking me through the different products. She went out of her way to make sure my problem was solved and with a less expensive (freight), local option for me.
We don't use salt for water softeners, iced roads or anything...It's Florida! haha; nonetheless, Amanda educated me and proverbially held my hand the entire phone call.
While I will never need to purchase salt again, I highly recommend trading with Midwest Salt. Amanda is the BEST!

Definitely worth the 5 stars. From Steve to John at the pick up point was phenomenal. Great communication and fast friendly service. I will be using them for all my winter salt needs. Tha k you guys for being courteous while being professional.

Prices and service are great and my salesman Rainer is very courteous and professional. We always have a pleasant conversation whenever I call to place an order. The delivery drivers are very accommodating as well. My deliveries are always made without any issues.

I own a plowing company and went to them to supply de-icing salt. I went in on Thursday night. It was almost about 6 and Rainer had already locked the front the door. I told him I was looking for someone to supply salt and instead of telling me to come back tomorrow he unlocked the door and gave me a quick breakdown on the deicing materials and pricing. This is the kind of company you want on your side! Give Rainer a raise!
