They worked highly efficiently, took extreme care to protect and prepare our belongings for the move and worked nonstop until done. Will, who managed the move both during loading and unloading was indefatigable and extremely thorough. The loading of the truck was a masterpiece of space efficiency and management which in turn made unloading easy and orderly. “Great moving company! This was a very easy positive move from scheduling with Bridget in the front office to meeting my moving crew on the day of the move. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and hustle of my 3 man crew, Adryan, Ivan and Jeremiah. They introduced themselves on arrival and shook my hand, discussed the details of my move and set to work. These guys kept moving in 95 degree heat. They were polite asked questions about where I wanted things and were happy to make multiple trips up and down my 15 step staircase to put boxes in the basement. Adryan went through all of the paperwork at the end of the job checking to make sure I was happy and did not need anything else moved. Adryan, Ivan and Jeremiah all shook my hand again and wished me a good evening. Bridget followed up the next day to ask about my move experience. She wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for me. I highly recommend this company and this crew!!”
“We worked with Jackson Moving and Storage through the National network and their local affiliate All Chicagoland to coordinate our move from the Midwest to the west coast.
Our driver team, Ivan & Fabiola when they came to do a physical inventory on Tue 7/28 and then for the move the following day and they were very pleasant and friendly, and they were able to deliver several days earlier than they originally had forecast. There was absolutely no damage, no lost items, excellent help on both ends of loading and unloading. Also, the helpers on both ends of the move were excellent and careful with our stuff.
Our first contact on this move was Joe Illingsworth at All Chicagoland Moving. He was very responsive and easy to work with in getting our quotes and schedule arranged.
Honestly, we don’t know how the love could have gone better. We strongly recommend them and would definitely use them again for a future move.”

Diamond Rigging from Batavia IL made my job easy! The crew arrived with proper heavy equipment and worked in sync with one another. They moved sensitive dust collection and air handling equipment with finesse and they were even able to dislodge a shipping container from the frozen ground in the middle of February!
I've hired Diamond Rigging more than once, and each job had different challenges that Matt was able to analyze and successfully navigate to get the job done.

“Overall, a great experience. Estimator was knowledgable, efficient, responsive when I remembered additions. Process with remote walkthrough worked well (aside from networking issues on my end). They were able to schedule me quickly for a 1/2-way across country interstate move (~1 week out from the move date). While interstate move leaves some uncertainty on exactly when items will arrive, they came in early on the window given, at one week after pickup, which was great.
On both ends, the moving teams were very fast, and courteous. The binding estimate given was honored with no issues. Moving coordinator was attentive, but sometimes info came to me before them. My items aren't generally precious, but none seemed to be damaged and nothing missing.
They bill the full amount on pickup, which is a little nerve-wracking, as they have your money and your stuff, but everything went off without a hitch. Credit card was an option.
Overall, they made a stressful experience go quite smoothly, and would recommend.”

“The Mayflower team was great for our move. The communication weeks before (Steve P)the move helped us best prepare for moving day. The driver (Tony) knew what he was doing and both his loading and unloading teams worked their tails off. The dispatcher (Crystal) kept us in constant communication with all facets of the move.
