The park is also dog-friendly with an indoor dog park to let pets loose. The park is well cared for and has beautiful facilities, including a band shelter and other beautiful-looking shelters. There are many benches and picnic tables everywhere in a picnic area where you can barbecue with beautiful kiosks and tables available. There are short walking pathways in a nicely kept area to walk. Other features include a recreational center with many activities, a closed water park, a permanent bags area, and a train caboose. Public art, like the Olmec Trails sculpture, adds to its charm.
