DISCLAIMER: I have not purchased anything since I am still taking driver lessons and am still learning, so I am doing research on how and what to do for buying a vehicle. The sales team were very patient with me, honest, and very helpful on communicating with me and teaching me/ giving me advice on what to look for when acquiring your first vehicle. I am definitely going to consider Reliable Wheels as an option when I need to purchase my second vehicle once I gain experience.

Do your research & go by the stars.
There’s a reason why they’re only a 3 star dealership.
They do not go by their name, the cars they sell aren’t reliable. Got a car there with a bunch of things wrong with it knowing they were wrong. Putting 5 stars so people can see this.

Absolutely an outstanding experience working with Mark. Bought my sons first car, wonderful car! I like that he provided a comprehensive CARFAX report on the vehicle, everything checked all the boxes i was looking for! My son is very happy with his new car! Instead of selling our daughters car publicly, I sold it to Reliable Wheels. I went to four car dealers and ask each of them to appraise it. These folks gave me the best price (not by much but it was the best).
I dealt with Will. He kept his word and seems like a straight shooter. My dealing with this company went very well. The last car dealer I dealt with (a very large one) did not go well. 5 stars for these guys.
This place is smaller than some of these mega huge car dealers. I'm thinking with less overhead, they can offer better deals.

We got great service at Reliable Wheels. They helped us find a great car within our price range and let us drive it for a couple of test drives. They bought our trade in and helped us with financing. They also helped service our car afterwards. Friendly staff, also.

I found a specific, used car that I wanted at Reliable Wheels. The Dealer is located about 200 miles from my home, so I first called to see that it was still available. When I got to the dealer's location the car was better looking than the on-line picture. The dealer was very accommodating and let me drive the vehicle alone. I found nothing wrong with it. My experience with the dealer was excellent. He was friendly and appeared to be truthful in answering my questions and concerns. When I brought it home, at 250 miles, mostly on the interstate, I took it to my mechanic for an oil change (there were no maintenance records available) and tire rotation. I also asked that EVERYTHING be inspected. The car had 102,000 miles on it, but everything came back as OK, in good shape! Including, all fluids were full; there was no need to add anything to it. The car is in great shape, and, from my experience, I can recommend doing business with Reliable Wheels!

Edit: they are now calling asking for statements and insurance information when they made me sign up with their provider in front of them and had sent them everything twice now. About a month into the loan and they are still asking for documentation. That's so very odd and very annoying as a customer very disappointed in them

We were treated so very well - they went above and beyond for us. We got a truly excellent deal on our Sienna, and they fixed several things that were broken for free, and did some extras on top of that! We have never had a dealer do that, it’s always been “as is,” take it or leave it. This is the third vehicle we’ve bought from them and we will definitely go back again!

If I could, I would give this place a big 0!!! My husband talked to someone, letting them know we were really interested in a van. We put money down to hold it!! Drove an hour and 15 minutes, then come and find out they sold it! HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUISNESS!!!
AND NO, they didn't "try to let us know when it came to light," we found out after driving over an hour. When I contacted them, letting them know that we were a half hour away. They told us that they had sold the van a few days ago! If they had told us "when it came to light," we wouldn't have wasted time and gas driving.

Reliable wheels was a great place to look for a car! My wife and I had been car shopping and this family-owned business was a very welcoming place! We were much more comfortable asking questions and were given straight answers with no doubts about their trustworthiness. While test driving a vehicle, we noticed a check engine light and informed them of this. They responded immediately, and within about a day, their mechanic had scanned the codes and made the necessary repairs. They communicated very clearly with us during this process and the work they did lined up perfectly with the research we did. While we ultimately decided to buy a newer vehicle, I highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a used car! They are very friendly, communicative, and straightforward people and will not try to cheat you in any way. They are not pushy, but neither will they waste your time like some dealers. You can expect to be respected in all your interactions.
